RC Photo Booth Supply Store Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with RC Photo Booth! We are committed to providing high-quality photo booth supplies and excellent customer service. Below is our return and exchange policy, which is designed to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Eligibility:
    You may return unused and unopened products within 10 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

    • Returns of opened items (excluding defective merchandise) may be subject to a restocking fee of $25.

    • Products that are damaged, altered, or used are non-returnable.

  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment (e.g., credit card, store credit). Please note that processing fees, if applicable, may not be refunded.

2. Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 10 days from the date of receipt. We will provide a full refund or exchange for defective items at no additional charge.

  • Process for Defective Items:

    • Contact us via email or phone with a description of the defect and, if possible, photos of the damage.

    • We will issue a prepaid return shipping label if necessary and replace the defective item or provide a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., custom backdrops, signs, or props).

  • Perishable items (if applicable).

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., photo booth prints, adhesive tapes, etc.).

4. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at rsepulveda@rcsocal.com to initiate the return process. Be sure to provide your order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

5. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $25 will apply to returns of opened items or items that are returned after the 10 day return window has passed. This fee is deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same procedure as a return and place a new order for the replacement item. Once we receive the original item in returnable condition, we will process your exchange and issue a refund or store credit as applicable.

7. Shipping Policy for Returns

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • In cases where the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or defect, the return shipping will be at your expense.
